2 hour Technical Business Audit
Our 2 hour Technical Business Audit is a boutique, personalized one-on-one session for designers who need a thorough review of where they are in their business and why they are feeling overwhelmed. We work on how we can create a manageable Interior Design business that will bring you joy, a great income and work-life balance. This is not a mentor session, we discuss practical day to day strategies on how to get your work done. If you need periodical 1:1 sessions after this, it can be arranged.
We are all for technology! We use software, apps and tech to run and grow your business. We also help you to get to a place where you are able to delegate tasks to a Virtual assistant.
For Consulting and Business audit sessions only: please note that you have booked an appointment it means that we have reserved time exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, we do require a rebooking fee of $50 CAD
Hourly consulting is available after the initial audit.

Before - We review your current business status. We take an in depth look at how you are running your business on a day to day basis. We look at processes, SOPs, software and more.
Basics - We look at the Basic building blocks you need to run a successful business. We make sure you have processes for onboarding, Project Management, Off boarding, Post Mortem analysis. We look into tasks which can be automated and how you can benefit from templates etc. We also look at tasks which can be delegated to relief your stress load.
Benefits - We dive deep into aspect that will benefit your business and make you more money. We discuss best software, software combinations and software integrations. We also look at your vendor relations - where and how you can increase your revenue on products and services.
Beside - We will be beside you all the way! We will help you invest in areas that will build your business long term. If your business will benefit from a weekly , monthly or quarterly check-in, we will do that too. This is an optional extra.
Beyond - We will take your business beyond your wildest dreams. We will focus on where to invest in your business, which tasks you can delegate and which tasks you need to keep close to you. We will guarantee you will feel less overwhelmed, more organized and are more productive, or your money back!
