We understand the challenges that designers face when it comes to sourcing the perfect pieces to bring their visions to life. That's where we come in, offering a comprehensive suite of procurement services designed to streamline the process and exceed your client expectations.

As procurement services are unpredictable - we use our hourly model for billing these services.

Product Sourcing

We can assist you in finding items that fit the style, size and budget of your project. We can investigate item options, specifications and availability. We can also order finish samples and swatches and COM if needed.

Vendor Management

We work with your current vendors or can investigate or identify additional vendors for your project. We can assist with vendor applications, setting up accounts and capturing vendor specific information such as buying minimums, representative details, shipping and claims details.

Concept board & Presentations & Proposals

We love the creative side of creating concept boards, presentations and proposal for you and your clients. We can create these in Canva, MyDoma and Designfiles or in your own design sofware.

Order placement

We can assist in getting quotes, looking into availability and timelines. Let us create your Purchase orders and confirm all the details. We help arrange shipping, confirm space for receiving and confirm delivery details.

Order tracking

We can keep track of shipments from the sender to the receiving warehouse to installation and make sure back ordered and delayed items are monitored. We use a live tracker to help clients with this labour intensive procurement step. We also track samples, memos and COM for your project

Warehousing and Installation

We will be your liaison between the designer and receiving warehouse - taking care of warehouse receiving reports, inspections, damages and repairs and more. We can also assist in scheduling furniture, art and workroom installations.
