Rendering services
3D Renderings throughs are the best way to present your design to a client . By using 3d renders you will be able to present your ideas with more confidence, inspire your clients immediately and have much more enjoyable client meetings. All projects are different and therefore we offer 3 different types of renders, so you can choose how to best present your vision to your client.
Generic Renders
A generic render is great if a designer just needs to show a concept with architectural features and layout. We often do a generic renders with furniture items and decor similar to the planned design, but not the exact furniture pieces. This render service is generally quicker and a more budget friendly option.

Hybrid Renders
A hybrid render will use some generic items and exact furniture items - often designers will request exact larger furniture items, but will be happy with generic models for decor and accessories. Another advantage of hybrid renders are that it give you as a designer the flexibility to change small items during the design process.

Exact Renders
An exact render is more complex, takes longer and will have a higher fee. This render service will show your prospective client the exact final design - each furniture item will be modelled to scale and will look exactly like the final item, with exact fabric textures, colours, art and decor.

Choose your render level of presentation
As designers we don’t always need a 3d photo realistic render to convey your design to your client - this is why we have 3 different levels of presentation for every project budget.
Option 1: Black and White sketch
This render option is great for the start of projects - these will portray showing the overall design before any details have been decided on.

Option 2: Watercolour
This render option is a great for designers who are introducing their client to the overall colour and look and feel of the design, without the expense of photo-realistic renders.

Option 3: Photo realistic renders
If you want to wow your client with your proposed design, then this is the render service we would recommend. This is ideal for clients who are hesitant when it comes to design decisions, such as bright colours, wallpaper and major changes.
